This unique two day workshop focuses on the essential core soft skills of Communication, Planning and Presentation of Data. It has been developed specifically for data analysts by an experienced manager of analytical projects and analytical teams, Steve Hulmes. It has been attended by many international organisations over the last 5 years, many of whom have put entire teams through the workshop (Organisations such as Santander, Canon, EDF Energy, GE, HSBC and public bodies such as the Health & Safety Executive and the Dept of Work and Pensions ).

Aimed at analysts of all levels the workshop works on the premise that data analysis has no value unless the decision makers receiving it are able act upon it. Developing relationships, managing expectations and presenting clearly and understandably are core skills required to deliver impactful analyses.

In the workshop, Steve leads analysts through some potentially mind shifting theory and supporting practical exercises. The workshop is highly interactive and numbers are limited to just 8 to maximise the impact and maintain high levels of delegate to delegate and delegate to facilitator interaction.
