IDA'11 is focusing on complex real-world problems. To celebrate 10th IDA Symposium in Porto, Portugal, we will award the IDA Frontier Prize to the most visionary contribution.
In 2011, IDA will organize its 10th International Symposium in Porto, Portugal (29-31 Oct, 2011).
To celebrate this exciting event, we are pleased to announce the IDA Frontier
Prize, which will be awarded to the most visionary contribution. The prize
consists of a plaque and a cheque for 1000 Euros.
In 2010 we refocused our call for papers to those that dealt with complex
real-world problems. This resulted in a wide ranging series of talks about many
important and emerging problems. In 2011 we again seek such "first look" papers
that might elsewhere be considered preliminary but contain exciting, potentially
high impact research.
