US Government DNI Data Mining Report

This unclassified report of 2011 data mining activities is done by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) as requested by Congressional Data Mining Reporting Act.

The 2011 ODNI Data Mining Report covers activities from Jan 1 to Dec 31, 2011 and was released on Aug 10, 2012.

It says

ODNI did not engage in any activities to use or develop data mining functionality in the reporting period.
