The University of Nottingham, Ningbo, China has a number of PhD positions available (some funded and some partly funded). The partly funded position offers a good opportunity too as living in China is cheap; around 2000 RMB/month will meet expenses (accommodation, travel and food).
In computer science I am offering to supervise PhD projects in the area of machine learning particularly around genetic programming.
