at University of Notre Dame have an opening for a post-doc to help build a centralized database of medical records of rare disease patients. The post-doc will be responsible for not only designing the EMR but also for advanced analytics for better patient management and outcome, including rare disease drugs, therapeutics, and treatments.
The post-doc should have a PhD in computer science with expertise in databases and data mining, and ideally having worked in healthcare informatics domain. The post-doc will be jointly supervised by Prof. Nitesh Chawla and Prof. Kasturi Haldar.
