The Computational Biology group at the University of Southern California seeks two postdoctoral fellows. The candidates will focus on using high-throughput genomic data to study disease mechanisms and disease connections. The data will include those from our experimental collaborators and those in the public repositories.
The USC computational biology group is highly interactive including 9 faculty members with research interest in computational sequence analysis, data integration, epigenomics, evolution, and structural biology. There are extensive collaborations between computational and experimental biologists. We are also an NIH Center for Excellence in Genomic Sciences.
