"Principles, Practice, and Pragmatics of Measurement in Experimental Computer Science",
supervised by Professor Justin Zobel, Professor Alistair Moffat, Associate Professor Tim Baldwin, and Dr Aaron Harwood. The appointee will work with the supervisors on experimental methodologies and techniques as they apply to research in the computing sciences, with emphasis on the areas of machine learning, machine translation, and parallel programming.
This project is funded by the Australian Research Council for the period 2011-2013, and an appointment will be made for up to 2.5 years (Level A) or 2 years (Level B).
