As the Clinical Program Analytics Lead, you will lead the data and analysis function that forms an integral component in the clinical program strategy development. Your team will collect and analyze data on clinical conditions and program performance, and generate insights and actionable information for the design and development of clinical programs for both Medicare and Commercial population. You will provide ongoing associate coaching and feedback to enhance associate contribution, competency, and performance. Specifically, you will
- Be responsible for the data and analysis for the design of major clinical programs. These include areas such as Respiratory, Cardiovascular, Diabetes, Musculoskeletal, Cancer etc.
- Lead Clinical Program study design, measurement, analysis and reporting.
- Lead data/analytics for the development of the overall business plan, and specific business cases for intervention
- Develop, articulate and implement a strategy for clinical analytics. Develop standardized processes for use across all clinical program design analytics.
- Lead development of cutting edge analytic approaches and adoption of new tools
- Oversee day to day operations and human capital for the Clinical Program Analytics area.
- Develop team members and create department process flows
- Achieve performance metrics for a fast paced environment.
- Work with Clinical Strategy Leads to proactively identify priority areas of data investigation and analysis.

Role Essentials
- Progressive analytical leadership background. Prior people management experience in analytics.
- Broad experience in working with large databases, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Entrepreneurial with a keen analytic mind. Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Masters Degree in Epidemiology, Public Health, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Health Administration or related fields, or equivalent experience
- Expert in statistical methods and tools (SAS)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent PC skills (including MS Word, Excel and Access).
- Role Desirables
- Prior experience in Clinical Analytics.
- Expertise in data mining, predictive modeling, simulation and optimization
Reporting Relationships
You will have direct reports and will report to the Director of Clinical Outcomes. This area is under the leadership of the VP of Health Guidance Organization & Chief Operations Officer.
