As a Provider Metrics and Analytics Consultant you will: participate with both internal and external business groups in order to optimize business results and ensure exceptional member experiences.

• Analyze data for cost reduction initiatives, guaranteeing profitable and efficient business relationships.
• Perform analysis for specific markets to address concerns within network, utilizing your SAS, SQL or Access skills
• Use statistical background to validate and measure business goals.

• Implementation/Execution: You are good at organizing and managing multiple priorities and/or projects by using appropriate methodologies and tools.
• Innovate: You introduce new ideas and processes which improve performance and productivity.
• Problem Solving: You are a problem solver with the ability to encourage others in collaborative problem solving. Acting as both a broker and consultant regarding resources, you engage others in problem solving without taking over.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, or Business
• SAS or PL-SQL, or other major coding experience
• Ability to apply advanced mathematic and statistical concepts to business problems
• Strong Business Communication skills

Role Desirables

• Prior experience in the health solutions industry, with specific experience in Provider Performance Analysis
• Familiar with medical economics

Reporting Relationships
You will report to a Strategic Consultant. This area is under the leadership of the SVP & Chief Operating Officer.
