Responsibilities
We are looking for influential, thought leaders and project managers who can guide cross functional teams by fostering relationships, key ideas and conceptual frameworks to guide the principle strategies. As a Consumer Analytic Strategist, you will:

  • Define scope, recommended approach, and manage execution of consumer programs for internal clients
  • Develop agendas and measurement / test plans for both online and offline channels that map to client priorities and goals
  • Lead analysis of integrated consumer programs, including data from websites, digital media, email, direct mail, 3rd party data and experiential claims data
  • Present recommendations that demonstrate consumer/business performance and deliver insights that optimize clients' consumer strategies
  • Develop effective relationships with clients and other groups across the company
  • Contribute to formal frameworks and methodologies for approaching major strategic issues, both leveraging existing organizational intellectual capital and developing CIMO innovative concepts
  • Provide leadership and direction to assigned staff on all aspects of client deliverables including measurement plans and program performance reports
  • Serve as an account team partner in aligning consumer productivity with a client's broader business goals and objectives
The Strategic Analytics Group is responsible for:
  • Developing a 360° consumer view of the Humana Members and Prospects
  • Developing predictive models to improve
    • Selection and targeting for behavioral modification programs,
    • Acquisition
    • Retention
    • Cross sell
    • Improve Loyalty
    • Reward/Incentives
  • Data Mining exercises to drive
    • Segmentation
    • Dimension reduction
    • Undiscovered Insights
    • Product gaps and configuration improvements
  • Driving analytically oriented strategic thinking
  • Performance Measurement
  • Discover new paths for growth by uncovering and developing new segments, products, and channels
  • Optimize budget and programs through test-and-learn, discipline, innovation and analysis to get the best possible return on the marketing investment
  • Lay the Strategy foundation starting to develop consumer relationship building capabilities
  • Guide the Infrastructure development for integration of the discipline into the organization
  • Collaborate with creative, media, marketing and technology to build and execute on a robust consumer analytic strategy
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of business experience in Analytics or Management Consulting, Marketing, Advertising, or Interactive Consulting
  • 5+ years managing and coordinating multiple marketing/consumer strategy projects across internal teams and client relationships
  • In-depth knowledge of integrated CRM disciplines (including customer segmentation, targeting, direct marketing, optimization, test planning, measurement and reporting)
  • Experience managing, analyzing, and reporting out on online and offline consumer programs
  • Experience with setting up test plans for consumer programs
  • Quantitative Degree in marketing, statistics, mathematics, or economics: MBA or advanced degree a plus
  • Possession of excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
  • Experience managing and coordinating multiple projects across internal teams
  • Proven leadership ability with strong client relationship skills
  • Database marketing experience
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint; strong SQL or SAS skills a plus
  • Extensive experience managing, mentoring and leading a team
