Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain statistical models to predict customer behavior and customer value.
- Improve accuracy and robustness of existing statistical models.
- Design and test alternative modeling methods that may improve results.
- Effectively retrieve, analyze and interpret customer performance data.
- Identify key business issues and present recommendations in a concise, meaningful way, both orally and in a written format.
- Act as a subject matter expert in regard to the company's customer data.
- Assist with various other analyses and reporting as needed.

Minimum Technical skills:
2+ years of customer related statistical modeling. 2+ years of intermediate / advanced SQL. 2+ SAS experience or equivalent tools. Proficient in intermediate/advanced statistics techniques. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, regressions, vlookups etc.). MS Office proficiency. Experience with relational databases and reporting tools.
Education etc:
Bachelor of Science in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience. Masters degree preferred. Marketing or other business decision experience preferred.
