Predictive Analytics Technical Pre Sales Engineer

Predixion Software Inc., a venture backed predictive analytics software developer, comprises industry veterans and software rockstars who are developing the next generation of self-service predictive analytics. We are looking for a superstar pre-sales expert who can help close large enterprise accounts with (and without) our consulting partners by building customer specific demonstrations, proofs of concept and provide implementation services to kick off projects when required. To be successful you will have experience with and will understand the aspects of a complete sales cycle and you will be a Microsoft BI expert with a good (or expert) understanding of data mining. You will know .Net/C# and probably have a development background, including writing code to integrate MS SQL Server and SQL Server Analysis Services into solutions for customers.

Responsibilities Include:

• Becoming expert in the functionality of Predixion's cloud based and enterprise offerings
• Developing predictive models with our toolset for different industries (financial services, healthcare, manufacturing etc)
• Developing end to end demonstrations and proofs of concept in the BI stack including Sharepoint, PowerPivot and Analysis Services
• Integrating solutions to proprietary customer systems to show the power of predictive analytics

• Advanced degree in math, statistics, engineering, computer science or a related field
• Significant experience with Microsoft BI
• Some experience with data mining (preferably Microsoft but can be SAS, SPSS or comparable)
• Experience developing predictive models for various industries and horizontal applications
• Strong interpersonal and demonstration skills
• Strong enterprise software sales experience
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a startup environment
