We're looking for an analytics manager with advanced degrees that will utilize business, problem solving, data mining, and analysis skills to develop key scalable analytic frameworks and to deploy models and algorithms for eBay's Display/Graphical, Business Development, and User Targeting. This role will be instrumental for providing strategic guidance and recommendations to the senior leadership team on improving portfolio performance and identifying opportunities.

• Have strong ability to apply statistics, mathematical and algorithmic expertise to solve real problems

• 5+ years experience utilizing various statistical machine learning techniques to develop algorithms and predictive models.
• MS in Statistics, Mathematics, CS, EE or other quantitative areas, PhD a plus.
• Expert knowledge of data extraction, data mining and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, SAS).
• Candidate must possess strong interpersonal and presentation skills as well as demonstrated skills in fact based analysis, including the ability to persuasively present insights and recommendations to senior management.
• 3-5 years experience with on-line marketing analytics experience a plus.
• High energy and a desire to work in a results-oriented, fast growth cross functional environment.
• A passion for understanding and serving the unique eBay community.
