Business and Technical Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in project management or business/functional role involving significant project management responsibility.
• With 3+ years hands-on quantitative analysis & statistical modeling experience.
• Degree in Quantitative Fields such as Statistics, Econometrics, Business Finance, Or Mathematics (Masters or PHD preferred).
• First-hand knowledge and experience working with segmentation, optimization and similar data driven business solutions.
• Expertise in data/statistical software package(s), e.g. SAS programming.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strategic, critical, franchise thinker.
• Strong sense of accountability and decisiveness in a strong work ethic culture.
• Unique customer focus. Strong record of achievement in applying a customer mindset to shape solutions and approaches and to realize marketplace potential/achieve financial goals.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency.
• Data-oriented, financial acumen with a business manager mindset.
• Experience in Statistical Modeling, Business Consulting and Analysis, Data Quality and Specification, Research and Development.
• Deep understanding of applied statistics and modern regression/classification methods/models.
• Experience in modeling and analytics in credit risk management desirable.
