The Predictive Modeler is a contractor-to-hire position. The Predictive Modeler works within the Analytics team building, deploying and maintaining predictive models and running statistical analysis. Interact with customers gathering requirements and reporting results.

Key Responsibilities
Interface with customers to define input requirements and prototype solutions. Conduct statistical analysis, process and QA customer data, and present results. Construct and validate statistical models. Deploy and maintain statistical models.

Required Skills, Experience and Education

• 5 or more years experience in building and deploying statistical models.
• BA or Masters in statistics or related field or equivalent experience/education.
• Formal education in statistical analysis preferred.
• May consider a software developer interested in becoming a modeler.
• Experience in software development and processing large datasets.
• Experience with public housing data a plus.
• Experience with machine learning techniques such as decision trees and neural networks a plus.
• Experience in SQL (MS SQL), 'R'/S-PLUS, XML, PMML, C#, and Java programming a plus.
• Effective verbal and written communications skills.
