Yandex Labs is looking to fill a full-time Software Engineer position to work on Yandex Search Quality.
We look for motivated and driven individual contributors with experience in C++, Python, Perl development and distributed high-performance systems.
Requirements:
- C++ and Python/Perl development skills
- UNIX software development experience
- Experience developing and supporting distributed scalable high-performance systems
- Ability to work with large existing code base
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and perseverance in achieving goals
- Ability to work hands-on and with little supervision
- Good communication and team player skills
Pluses:
- experience with web-search
- experience with machine-learning, data-mining, data analysis
- 2-4 years of industry experience
