Analytics Manager (two positions) - London and Paris Offices

The Analytics manager will design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art, data-driven predictive models to solve business problems using the latest and most appropriate technologies in machine learning, statistical modeling and Operations Research. Deliver value in the market place through: consulting engagements; new product development; and/or through research initiatives.

Main responsibilities include: management and training of junior analytics staff, developing analytic solutions, analysis of industrial-size data sets to determine suitability for model building; data clean-up and filtering; pattern identification and feature extraction; variable selection; experimentation with algorithms; performance analysis and preparation for communication with internal and external clients.

Work will require effective coordination of off-shore analytic resources, software development, clients, and business consultants. Some travel required to client locations.

Qualifications

Required:

• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in a quantitative field (i.e., Statistics, Engineering, Machine Learning, Physics, Econometrics, etc.).
• SAS Programming
• Experience managing technical staff
• Industry Experience (Financial Services, Retail, eCommerce, Airlines, Defense, etc.)
• Fluent in French (for Paris Office)

• Experience managing offshore analytics staff
• UNIX scripting, Perl, C, Python, or Java
• Deep knowledge of analytic methodologies (regression, signal processing, optimization, neural networks, etc.)
