Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow publisher accounts
- Proactively grow existing relationships through contact with our partners
- Identify and respond to real-time publisher issues with our ad operations team
- Manage day-to-day support requests from our publisher partners
- Provide ongoing reports on publisher issues and growth to the management team
- Act as the technical point of contact for any issues or queries
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent (minimum GPA: 3.0/4.0) in computer science or equivalent
- 0-2 years account management experience (preferably in the online advertising industry)
- Deep knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Strong scripting skills
- Over two years working with XML
- Strong documentation skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
