We are currently seeking a Senior Director, Valuation Modeling to develop and maintain automated valuation models for domestic and international markets. This individual will also produce documentation and attend meetings with clients to facilitate sales efforts.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain and improve 4 existing models, including database management, modeling, programming and ongoing testing.
- Create new models
- Develop departmental MIS on the performance of models.
- Interface with clients regarding your models.
Support other department initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
A successful candidate will have:
- Experience building models based on a variety of methods including probabilities (stochastic, deterministic, Baysian inference), regression analysis and decision emulation.
- Experience maintaining models in a large-scale production environment.
- Experience with C# programming in Visual Studio, regression analysis using SAS, SQL, and data analysis.
Education:
- Masters degree in mathematics, statistics or related field.
