Job Summary
Our client is looking for Data Analytics Consulting Partners to take leadership roles in New York, Washington D.C. and other major metropolitan locations. A partner will have significant responsibility to provide technical data analytics leadership in the Forensics and Dispute practice. In addition a partner will be responsible for growing business, managing client relationships and project teams, and ensuring that quality services are provided.

In addition to partners, our client is also interested in candidates at the manager, senior manager, and director levels.

Job Responsibilities

Candidates will utilize investigative skills, advanced technology and analytics to consult for clients and legal counsel in litigation readiness, forensic investigations, records management, technology planning, risk management, corporate inquiries and/or remediation analysis. Candidates will lead projects involving data testing and analyses pertaining to detecting fraud schemes (stock options backdating), corruption (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, bribery), anti-money laundering, and other investigations for regulatory matters.

Qualifications and Experience

Partner candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, CIS, MIS or related field. Advanced degrees in one of these fields is desirable. They will have 10 to 15 years of experience in the field with significant project and client leadership roles. Technical experience should include data mining, analysis of complex datasets, designing optimized queries, functions, stored procedures, detecting patterns in translational datasets, identifying anomalies, examining financial data and filtering for targeted information. Candidates should always stay abreast of emerging analytics techniques and tools. Candidates should be able to apply this technical experience to fraud and forensics.

Manager and Senior Manager candidates will have similar experience but to a lesser degree.
