We currently are searching for Business Analysts/Senior Business Analysts for our Decision Analytics team supporting the Credit Division of Kohls.

Position Summary:

• Manage all aspects of the credit card account lifecycle (credit line management, over limit authorizations, collections, fraud etc.)
• Develop and implement strategies using segmentation tools e.g. Triad, Probe etc., within the account lifecycle stages to enhance revenues and mitigate losses
• Develop and maintain reporting that can track portfolio performance across all stages of the account lifecycle e.g. credit lines, collections, over limit authorizations etc.
• Perform loss and delinquency forecasting for card portfolio by utilizing time series and other statistical methods e.g. roll rate models, rate based loss models
• Manage Fraud through efficient tracking and specialized fraud strategies.

• Bachelors Degree in finance/business management or MBA
• 3+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry preferably working with credit card portfolio's
• Sound understanding of the credit card account lifecycle
• Thorough understanding of risk based portfolio segmentation
• Experience with portfolio account management tools e.g. Triad, Probe, ACS etc.
• Experience in data segmentation using CHAID or CART tools
• Strong proficiency in SAS programming for large data manipulation
• Advanced Excel and MS Office experience
• Strong written and presentation skills
• Strong initiatives in solving business problems
