Role Summary
The Senior Associate will be responsible for providing analytical support to Retention and Usage Marketing to help achieve attrition, sales, balance, and profitability goals.

Responsibilities Include:

• Tracking, analyzing, and optimizing telemarketing and direct mail campaigns
• Identifying key business drivers and making recommendations to improve effectiveness
• Developing retention and usage strategies, adapting new analytical and modeling techniques
• Advising on test designs and selection criteria for marketing campaigns and ensuring readable results
• Interface effectively with Marketing, Risk and Finance business partners, as well as offshore analytic teams

• Master's Degree in Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Engineering,
• Must have strong statistics background
• Mathematical Finance, or related quantitative fields
• Strong hands-on experience with SAS and SQL
• 1+ year work experience in analytics and modeling
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to think outside the box
• Ability to independently manage projects and deadlines
• Good presentation skills
