Marie Curie Senior Research Fellow in Software Engineering for Pervasively Adaptive Software Systems (Fixed term) Ref: INF/UK/001/11
Salary circa €38,879 per annum (less appropriate deductions) + travel, mobility and career development allowances.
You will work on an exciting project entitled "Computational Intelligence Platform for Evolving and Robust Predictive Systems (INFER)" funded by the European Commission within the Marie Curie Industry Academia Partnerships and Pathways (IAPP) scheme. This is a collaborative project between Bournemouth University from the UK, Evonik Industries from Germany and Research & Engineering Centre from Poland.
The INFER project focuses on pervasively adaptive software systems for the development of an open, modular software platform for predictive modelling applicable in different industries and a next generation of adaptive soft sensors for on-line prediction, monitoring and control in the process industry.
You will develop software and conduct research in the area of pervasively adaptive software systems in the context of software development methodologies and architectures for continuously learning predictive systems.
The Fellow will be joining the Research & Engineering Center and will be primarily based in Wroclaw, Poland but will also be required to visit and work with the academic partner in UK and industrial partner in Germany which provides an outstanding opportunity to gain a diverse experience of both academic and commercial environments.
