The CementBloc is seeking an Associate Director of Analytics and Operations. The position reports to the SVP, Group Director, of Analytics and Operations in this fast growing consumer healthcare, RM and digital agency. Responsibilities include designing, developing and delivering analytics-based solutions to pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities of the Associate Director:
- Serve as the day to day analytical primary contact for one or more pharmaceutical / healthcare clients.
- Assess client's business needs, data quality and information resources to determine which analytics-based solutions can be most applicable.
- Develop and deliver of analytical program solutions for clients to measure success, improve decision making, and assess ROI of marketing programs
- Design and generate forecasts, benchmark reports and dashboards that provide insight to the performance of clients' marketing programs, including the development of key business metrics as appropriate
- Develop and present statistical and data mining models that explain the performance of multi-faceted marketing programs and help forecast future outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry; advertising agency experience a plus
- Master's Degree or Ph.D. in statistics, economics, computer science, or a related quantitative discipline
- Strong analytical skills with solid foundation in statistical techniques. (e.g. MANOVA, multiple regression analysis, logistic regression analysis, correspondence analysis, conjoint analysis, cluster analysis, factor analysis and CHAID
- Experience developing and delivering analytics-based solutions such as multivariate regression, segmentation, decision trees, data mining, scenario planning tools, forecasting, web analytics, performance tracking dashboards, and optimization
- Hand-on comfort with analysis and visualization software including Spotfire, SAS, SQL, SPSS, and MS Access.
- Hands on experience with web based analytical tools such as Ominiture, Google Analytics, Hitbox, WebTrends or equivalent
- Regular experience creating and delivering persuasive presentations directly to clients
- Excellent project management skills, and ability to oversee a range of vendor partners
- Proven ability to communicate complex, technical concepts to clients and agency team
- Direct/Relationship Marketing experience; media analysis experience is preferable
- Possession of excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
- Comfort with an entrepreneurial, high energy, growth environment.
