Research Scientists

Corporate R&D at Thomson Reuters is a group of over 40 people that is split between Minnesota and New York.

We are still growing and currently have 7 open positions, 5 of which are for research scientists in NYC. (The other two are for software engineers.) We have a 15 year track record of achievement behind us, and are looking to reinforce the group for a number of new and exciting projects.

The specialties we are most interested in are information retrieval, machine learning, NLP, and data mining. We work closely with business units to turn our voluminous data and content assets into 'intelligent information', i.e., the right piece of knowledge in the right hands at the right time.
