Statement of purpose
Deliver Predictive Analytics, Data Mining, Text Mining, Machine Learning driven products and solutions to 24/7 Clients

Summary of essential job functions

• Lead and manage development and delivery of Analytics Products and Solutions
• Mentor a deeply technical team of Statistics, Text Mining and Data Mining professionals and provide business and technical guidance
• Through others, develop and implement various types of predictive models, machine learning approaches and other text and data mining solutions
• Lead the group in exploiting structured and unstructured data in an effort to promote growth and business development via deep data mining analysis
• Help in business development and growth by working with business partners and clients in developing and implementing new analytical methodologies with a targeted business results
• Cultivate solid relationships with staff, internal partners and clients

• MS/PhD/MBA from a respected institution
• Field of graduate education - Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business or related fields
• 10-15 years of experience in the field of Advanced statistics, data mining and text mining
• Experience in an Analytics Product organization a plus

• Passion and deep technical competency in quantitative methods and/or business analytics
• 10+ years experience in the application of business analytics to enable decision-making in business.
• Experience with managing business outcome driven projects and products
• Experience with techniques such as Data mining, Advanced Statistics, Artificial Intelligence based methods etc.
• Experience with open source tools such as weka, R, GATE etc.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Excellent aptitude for application mathematics and quantitative methods to business problems
• Ability to take complex and/or technical concepts and describe them in easy to understand business terminology.
• Strong project management, writing and interpersonal skills.
