Responsibilities
The senior leader will expand existing, and develop new, business in the Federal Financial Services sector with a focus on Advanced Analytics. He/she will collaborate with colleagues to develop business within the Firm's financial services accounts that leverages the traction that resides in other core business areas. The senior leader will lead a highly-skilled team and provide oversight in delivery and quality.
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in defining, establishing, and profitably leading business development and solution delivery with a proven track record of success
- Knowledge of data mining techniques focused on fraud detection, pattern identification and classification, and electronic fraud
- 5+ years of advanced analytics experience in the Financial Services arena managing projects involving database applications and business intelligence technologies based on SAS or SPSS platforms
- Strong business development capability with 5+ years of business development experience in the federal government
- 3+ years of experience providing financial management oversight for large programs
- Proven success in developing and managing client relationships
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong execution of functional skills to ensure excellent delivery
- Ability to obtain a security clearance

Compensation
Compensation will reflect the candidate's experience level and professional history. It is comprised of a base salary, bonus, retirement contribution and benefits package.
