Join an analytics team working on some of the hardest problems you'll encounter, on massive data sets, and using bleeding-edge tools to do it. We're big believers in the best tool for the job, and for most of our analytics work that means Cascalog (a Clojure DSL tied to the Cascading API on Hadoop).

We do both batch and realtime analytics on a firehose of web events across our constantly growing set of publishers. Our mission is to make the web more relevant, and that starts with insights on the intent of web visitors. Nobody appreciates relevance more than advertisers, and they show it by deciding where to spend their ad dollars.

If you are a data scientist with experience providing solutions to Big Data problems, likes being challenged, and want to use the latest tools, this is where you belong.

We're a small team growing quickly, presenting a chance to be in early at a company that you'll help be huge.

NLP and Machine Learning experience are highly desirable.

Experience with Hadoop and Map/Reduce is a must.
