Overview
The Sr. Digital Marketing Analyst plays an integral role in delivering online marketing insights to clients by working alongside the iCrossing Strategy teams to define, develop and provide client tracking reports using our proprietary Dashboard system. This person will also play a key role in defining data visualizations for online marketing. This position provides significant strategic value to our teams and our clients. It requires not only quantitative data analysis skills but a true passion for data and the relevant information that it can provide.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates and gathers data reporting requirements from clients
  • Work closely with Strategy team in determining which metrics to track
  • Define logical data model and data visualization
  • Integrate and analyze data from all forms of online media including paid search, natural search, display and social media
  • Maintains reporting schedules for weekly and monthly reports as well as provides prompt and accurate responses to ad-hoc client requests
  • Disseminates information to Strategy teams and the client regarding marketing performance and ROI
Qualifications
  • 3 years digital marketing experience or a graduate degree
  • Familiarity with Social Media data analysis
  • Understanding of web analytic systems (such as Omniture, Google Analytics, WebTrends, and Coremetrics) and online advertising systems (like AdWords, adCenter, DART/DoubleClick, and Atlas)
  • Advanced use of Excel (pivot tables, charts and graphs, macros, formulas and functions (LOOKUPS), filtering)
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen are a must along with the ability to be detail- and deadline-oriented while managing multiple projects
  • Understanding of statistics is a plus
