Springleaf Financial Services is seeking a Financial Analyst; a critical role using highly complex and detailed Excel models to analyze, monitor, track, and forecast performance and the effectiveness of strategic initiatives supporting management in the decision making process.

As a Financial Analyst you will develop short term & extended financial forecasts including but not limited to the following:

• Development of integrated cash flow
• Income statements
• Balance sheet and capital project modeling.
• Modeling of multiple funding strategies and corporate structures
• Understand the impact of changing KPI's on financial operating results.
• Be comfortable working with both management based reporting and GAAP based reporting

• The maintenance/development of extremely complex Excel models used for forecasting and budgeting.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel heavily, in combination with company financial databases.
• Incorporate complex financial models into executive level summaries/analysis for presentations and review purposes.

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Expert with Microsoft Excel
• Must possess strong analytical & writing skills
• 1-4 years work experience with Excel modeling and analysis is preferred
• BS degree with MBA a plus
