Marketing Analyst

Springleaf Financial Services is seeking an energetic Senior or Lead Analyst for its Marketing Analytics department located in Evansville, IN.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating marketing Direct mail and Call files using Unica Campaign
• Performing response analysis on marketing mail programs with SAS
• Performing marketing analysis on multiple solicitation channels with SAS
• Developing ad hoc analyses to answer business questions in SAS
• Managing projects for process improvement
• Must be able to mentor junior analysts

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or related field
• 5 years of relevant analytical or modeling experience
• Proficient in SAS® using SAS® Macro, SAS Proc SQL, SAS Proc Tabulate and SAS Proc Report
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Experience with Brio or other database tools
• Accuracy in reporting, including cross-validation
• Experience managing projects with cross-functional teams
• Experience working in a relational database environment
• Experience in Marketing Analytics in Consumer Finance industry preferred
• Experience building statistical models using logistic or linear regression preferred
