India, Singapore, and Washington DC, is currently seeking a Sales Analysis and
Reporting Manager.
The Manager, Sales Analysis and Reporting, will provide leadership and operational
management to Customer Service to ensure the effective utilization of CRM (sales) tools
and customer and product data in support of the Sales Force. The position will oversee all
business resources, processes, projects, and technologies related to Data Management and
Sales Reporting.
The position will:
- Lead Sales Analysis and Reporting group with strong team leadership and
operational management
- Ensure effective training of end-users
- Participate in the strategic and tactical use of data as a corporate asset
- Ensure effective management of all data management processes and resources
- Support sales reporting
The job functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
Manage all aspects of the Sales Analysis and Reporting group
- Provide direction on projects and processes
- Provide weekly reporting to the Executive Director and key business stakeholders
- Conduct annual reviews for all direct reports
- Set and review annual goals for all Sales Analysis and Reporting staff
- Provide on-going timely performance feedback to Sales Analysis and Reporting department
- Develop annual budget and monitor cost & expenses for the Sales Analysis and Reporting department
- Ensure that the Sales Analysis and Reporting team delivers customer service excellence
Ensure effective training of end-users of A2R fulfillment system
- Provide direction to training manager
- Ensure consistency in training and fulfillment system data quality
- Ensure up to date training documentation
- Develop state of the art training methods
Ensure effective management of all data management processes and resources
- Participate in and provide leadership for the Global and Local Data Governance committees
- Proactively consult with analysts and business stakeholders to recommend procedures, polices, and technology enhancements to improve data quality and data usage
- Communicate business goals to data management project teams and set clear expectation for the teams
- Liaison between the business, IT, and 3rd party vendors to ensure all fixes and releases are delivered on-time and within budget
- Ensure all data issues are identified, prioritized, and documented
- Ensure all data management requirements are documented and prioritized
- Ensure all data management changes are tested prior to production
Sales support and enterprise reporting
- Provide on-going SFA/SFDC training and system administration (lead generation,
adding users, queries, email templates, territory changes) support to Sales.
- Ensure appropriate knowledge of systems such as Siebel, Salesforce.com and any other systems used by sales to support sales reporting
- Consult with business to identify sales reports
- Ensure that report requirements are understood and that reports are delivered ontime
- Recommend innovative business and technical solutions to increase the overall use of sales reports
- Ensure efficiency of reporting i.e. established and standard reports should be automated
Qualifications
- BA or equivalent work experience
- 5 or more years in CRM leadership positions at project leader or manager level
- 2 or more years experience in management of complex database systems.
- The candidate must have successfully managed teams of 3 or more FTE
- Must understand data and reporting processes, and have demonstrated experience in applying these in practice
- Experience with business process consulting and analysis
- Experience with data warehouse applications development is a plus
- Excellent providing constructive feedback to a team
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills
- Experience with general technical and business systems knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to effectively build relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
