Dow AgroSciences seeks a Machine Learning Specialist to assist in the identification of projects and analyses of business related datasets. This position is located in Indianapolis, IN, USA.

The successful candidate will interact with scientists and business leaders across Dow AgroSciences' business functions. Key job responsibilities will include development and application of machine learning algorithms and software to mine business datasets. Topics of interest include manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, purchasing, forecasting, neural networks, decision trees, support vector machines, regression, prediction and clustering. Identification of business projects as well as analysis, interpretation and presentation of results is also expected. Strong communication skills are essential along with an ability to collaborate effectively with business partners.

Qualifications Applicants for this position have a Ph.D. in computer sciences, machine learning or closely related field. Familiarity with applications in business is highly desirable.
