Position Summary:
We are seeking a data set associate to join our talented, dynamic team providing support services to the Department of Defense (DoD). The mission of this specific client is sensitive, and includes performing predictive modeling and analytics on large data sets.

Specifically, the data set associate will support the team with the identification, selection, aggregation, transformation, tracking, and deployment of a wide variety of data sets for large data analysis for this client. In addition, the data set associate will act as a compliance lead, coordinating compliance activities across the team including issues regarding Personally-Identifiable Information(PII), System of Records Notice (SORN), DIACAP, IRB, and other relevant compliance frameworks.

Specific Job Duties:
Responsible for defining, collecting, and transforming the data sets this team will use for analysis including:

• Reviewing data catalogs for relevant data sets for this project
• Coordinating with Government organizations and personnel to request access to relevant data sets
• Analysis of data set structure
• Transformation of data sets to structures relevant to this project
• Supporting data mining and analysis activities of this project

• Leading compliance activities for the team
• Coordinating compliance activities with teammates, partners, and the client
• Support all relevant compliance frameworks including Personally-Identifiable Information(PII), System of Records Notice (SORN), DIACAP, and IRB

Required Education, Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is relevant discipline
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience manipulating data in tools including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, SQL queries, etc.
• Systems engineering, systems thinking, and ability to organize complex information
• Experience with compliance activities within Government projects is preferred
• Attention to detail
• Effective coordination and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple, concurrent activities with short turn-around times with multiple internal and external customers
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• Candidates must have active Secret clearance
• Candidates must be US citizens and will be required to undergo a background investigation in order to be granted access to classified information
