Product Head - Loyalty Analytics

EXPERIENCE: 10 years and beyond
EDUCATION: Bachelors' degree in Engineering/Technical disciplines and MBA in Marketing & IT preferred

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Manthan is looking for a candidate with product management experience along with business acumen to head our Retail Loyalty Analytics product line. This role demands entrepreneurial qualities to organically grow this line of business while owning P&L responsibility. The candidate is required to have strong market facing skills needed to work closely with customers, partners, sales and consulting teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Will be responsible for product line management to be aligned with Manthan's overall strategy to drive growth of market share, revenue and profitability of the product
• Continuously sense the international market for Retail Loyalty Analytics applications, inclusive of competitive landscape and industry benchmarking
• Interface with customers and partners to understand their business & technological environment, current and future requirements
• Drive the product vision, product R&D road mapping and product lifecycle management
• Build competent product R&D team to deliver to the specific vision of the product
• Work with other internal organizations to cross-leverage assets, expertise and functionalities from other product lines
• Drive marketing & sales for the product, sales closure, cross-sell/up-sell to the existing customers of Manthan's product portfolio
• Participate in customer-facing events and user conferences as a product expert

• 10 plus years of total relevant work experience, with at least 3-5 years of Sales & Marketing experience in CPG-Retail industry and 3-5 years experience as a Solutions/Product Manager, specifically Retail CRM/Loyalty related
• Experience in Retail BI/Loyalty Management applications implementation
• Experience in market sensing, customer requirements analysis and product definition
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong strategic analysis and P&L management skills
• Bachelors' degree in Engineering/Technical disciplines and MBA in Marketing or IT preferred
