Requirements:
You should have a track record of operational excellence, a bias for action and ability to brainstorm and prototype ideas efficiently as well as the following:

• A BS in computer science or equivalent, along with at least 3 years of software development experience.
• Strong OO design and Java coding skills.
• Ability to think quantitatively.
• Experience in recommender systems, data mining, machine learning, or artificial intelligence in a commercial setting is desired.
• Experience in parallel computing and developing high throughput, high availability systems is desired.
