We are looking for a candidate(s) with demonstrated success in
developing and enhancing data models for consumer behavior in the
business to consumer e-commerce sector.  The qualified candidate will
have 3-5 years of experience and be able to represent, express and
reason with knowledge about many application domains.

Major responsibilities include: statistical investigation of large
data sets, building predictive and decision-making models using the
latest advances in machine learning techniques, developing and tuning
data representations, and presenting results to internal and external
customers.

Prefer candidates with a PhD in Computer Science, Statistics,
Electrical Engineering, or related field. The ideal candidate will
have experience in pattern recognition or mathematical modeling on
real world problems and familiarity with data analysis. Must have
programming skills in C or perl scripting as well as a working
knowledge of relational databases and SQL. Experience with commercial
data mining tools (Clementine, SAS, etc.) would be a plus.
