The Windows Embedded Test team is looking for experienced testers with broad scope of influence to help analyze current test methodologies, design, drive and implement processes and infrastructure to improve efficiency across a large test organization. This role is key to defining how a complex, distributed testing environment can grow to the challenges of ensuring quality for products that grow in complexity and integrate with other complex systems. Successful candidates must have a strong background in testing; methodology, development, implementation and execution, must possess skills and abilities to work closely with members of a technically strong test team, development team, and coordinate efforts across different product groups to ensure the solutions we build are applicable to the company's overall goals of improved quality assurance.

Requirements include:

at least 5 years working on a software test team, 10 years software development experience, experience through an entire software product cycle from beginning to end, solid understanding of functional, object-oriented and model-based programming paradigms, strong knowledge in ASP, XML, .net Framework concepts, C++, C#, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

Working knowledge of a variety of Microsoft products including IIS, SQL, Windows 2000 and Windows.net required.

BA/BS or MS degree in Computer Science preferred.
