Description: Two of the biggest challenges facing businesses today are customer retention and profitability. No one knows that better than our featured speakers from Verizon Wireless and HSBC Bank USA. The annual cost of customer "churn", or defection, can run into the hundreds of millions of dollars -- which places companies in the position of continuous customer recruitment in order to replace those who have defected to competitors.

During this brief, informative Online Seminar, you will learn how enterprise solutions from SPSS Inc. have enabled Verizon Wireless to predict which customers are most likely to churn, focus their marketing efforts and retain customers -- translating into significant cost savings for the company.
