Research Studentships

Applications are invited from well-qualified graduates to undertake research leading to a PhD degree. Four studentships are available in areas that include Knowledge Discovery and Data Mining.

The studentship covers tuition fees at the UK/EU rate for the PhD programme (currently �2870 to �2940) and includes an annual maintenance award (�7500 - � 8200, dependent on age at the start of the registration). There are also limited funds for non-EU candidates to cover the difference between the UK/EU and non-EU tuition fees.

Successful candidates will register on a full- time basis for a period of three years and will work with other researchers in the department.
