Key Role:
Serve as a lead analyst in consulting engagements that apply data mining, BPR, and strategy approaches. Provide expertise on analyses of customer segments and drivers of behavior, process improvement, and performance measure development. Lead data mining analysis, design, and implementation. Develop and nurture client relationships.

Consulting:
You will be primarily responsible for planning, organizing and leading tasks and projects, and ensuring the quality of client deliverables. You will apply well-developed consulting, assignment management and functional skills in the execution of the work. You will be a role model of the firm's core values and play a significant role in:

• Maintaining and expanding client relationships through delivery of high quality work
• Leading, coaching and developing junior staff
• Managing client assignments, technical/functional content, budgets and staff resources

• 6+ years of experience with data mining, predictive modeling, and statistical analyses
• Experience with business intelligence, BPR, and performance analysis
• Experience with government or commercial consulting preferred
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

BA or BS degree in a related field required; MA or MS degree preferred
