We are looking for a talented Product Manager to join our growing San Bruno, California based team.

Responsibilities:

The Product Manager will be responsible for gathering, tracking and developing detailed requirements for the Nomis' Price Optimizer Suite of product and other internal tools.

As part of the Product Management team, the Product Manager will interact closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and validate designs for usability and value. Working closely with Engineering, the Product Manager will then ensure that these requirements are implemented in the most effective and efficient manner through clear PRD's, functional reviews, on-going interactions and proactive testing.

The Product Manager will also be required to support Sales & Marketing by maintaining and evolving compelling sub-vertical specific solution demos as well as giving customer-facing demonstrations.

As Nomis' solutions expand in breadth, the Product Manager will likely take full ownership of one or more sub-vertical specific solutions. In this capacity, the Product Manager will develop a holistic understanding of the issues and requirements within these sub-verticals and ensure that these are effectively translated into the solution roadmap.

Required Experience:

• Experience with analytical applications such as Pricing and Revenue Optimization, Risk Management, Marketing and Customer Analytics, BI or Analytical CRM is required
• 2+ years of product management experience in a software company
• Experience in a pricing, risk or finance function at a financial service institution or in developing financial services applications is highly desirable
• MBA or MS in a technical field

• Strong analytical thinking coupled with a detailed and thorough approach
• Persuasive communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to interact effectively with both internal and external constituencies
• Flexibility and breadth of skills
• Ability to mediate between competing needs to develop realistic plans
