We're seeking a collaborative professional with the ability to work effectively in an ever-changing environment to join our Minnetonka, Minnesota or Fort Washington, Pennsylvania team as a Sr. Database Marketing Analyst. In this role you would directly impact our bottom line through testing and statistical modeling. Working with marketing campaign and advertising data, your primary responsibilities would include:

• Serving as the subject matter expert on statistical analysis, product management and marketing data
• Data mining to provide direction on future campaigns
• Analyzing the results of past campaigns
• Performing statistical modeling
• Conducting marketing test design and segmentation
• Working on campaign development with the product management team
• Performing ad hoc analysis in support of the product management team
• Presenting results and possible areas for improvement Required qualifications include:
• SAS and SQL queries proficiency
• Ability to work with statistics to perform analysis, statistical modeling and predictive behavioral modeling
• Relational database experience
• Experience interfacing with internal customers
• MS Access, Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or Statistics (Master's degree preferred)
• Strong communication skills Preferred qualifications include:
• Project leadership skills
• OLAP, Cognos PowerPlay and/or KnowledgeSTUDIO proficiency
• Experience with data mining techniques such as Cart, Chaid, Neural Net
• Experimental test design experience
• A background in the healthcare industry
