Position Summary: Accenture Technology Labs, the technology research and development (R&D) organization within Accenture, turns technology innovation into business results. The Labs create a vision of how technology will shape the future and invent the next wave of cutting-edge business solutions. Working closely with Accenture's global network of specialists, Accenture Technology Labs helps clients innovate for competitive advantage. . The Labs are located in Chicago, Illinois; Silicon Valley, California; Sophia Antipolis, France and Bangalore, India.

Accenture Technology Labs is looking for experienced managers to lead pioneering consulting engagements and R&D projects that apply predictive analytics technologies to solve our clients' most challenging business problems. You will work with cross industry experts to envision and create applications that use these emerging technologies, as well as deliver the next wave of analytical solutions that Accenture will take to market.

Responsibilities of this position include:

• Delivering innovative analytics solutions to clients
• Maintaining and expanding client relationships
• Spearheading and developing new R&D assets
• Leading, coaching, managing and educating team members
• Applying predictive analytics technologies in new business areas
• Developing Accenture's point of view in the Analytics space; collaborating with clients during innovation workshops; being a technology evangelist

• Masters of Science or higher preferred in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields
• 5+ years of experience with data mining, predictive modeling and statistical analysis
• Experience with direct application of predictive analytics technologies (machine learning, modeling / simulation, optimization) to implement client-facing solutions. Experience with solutions in supply chain optimization, anomaly/fraud detection, customer profitability, cost reduction or optimization, demand planning, etc. preferred.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and data mining tools, technologies and techniques. Experience in estimating, planning, designing, building and deploying robust analytic solutions for clients.
• Experience in explaining and proposing solutions that involve complex analytic technologies to customers. Previous sales and delivery experience preferred.
• Travel may be required during customer-facing projects. Minimal travel during internal R&D projects.
