Responsibilities:

• Utilize data mining techniques to gather business intelligence related to marketing programs as well as customer and prospect profiling.

• Develop, implement, and maintain predictive statistical models that score customer behavior using modeling techniques including regression, clustering, profiles and decision trees.
• Work in a consultative manner with customers to gather requirements, analyze information, and report findings in a way that is clear, understandable and actionable to business management.
• Create performance metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of the predictive modeling efforts and marketing actions.

• Associate's degree or Programming Certificate. A bachelor's degree preferred. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.
• Familiarity with statistical modeling tools like KXEN, SAS, and SPSS -- SPSS experience a plus.
• Excellent presentation skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint required
• Knowledge of program languages (e.g., C++ C, etc.) preferred
• Knowledge of Databases (SQL) preferred
• Three years programming experience
• Two years experience writing detailed unit and system test plans for small to medium sized projects preferred
• Project planning experience preferred
