The top 3 answers were:

• Windows XP, 66.1%
• Linux, 36.5%
• Windows Vista, 14.1%

2007 Poll: operating systems / environments used for data mining / analytics,

the biggest increase was in Vista: from 4% to 14%;

There was little change in Windows XP and slight increase in Linux use. Solaris use declined from 6.5% to only 4.2%.
