The position requires someone with strong programmer skills and mathematical background. The ideal candidate should be a team player and will work in our R&D team.

Responsibilities: Analysis and modeling of large medical claims databases; Enhancement of existing predictive modeling tool kit; Development of new predictive modeling applications; Programming predictive modeling algorithms

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in computer science (master's degree preferred) or a quantitative discipline: statistics, applied math, data mining, machine learning, etc.
• 5+ years of programming experience
• 3+ years experience of C# & VB.NET, including CLR (Common Language Runtime), Garbage Collector, GUI
• Strong knowledge of .NET Frame Libraries
• Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Programming Concepts
• Demonstrated experience of writing high performance and data intensive software
• Demonstrated experience with large software development and software engineering methodology and process. Project management experience a plus
• Strong proficiency in C++, SQL, and some statistical package (SAS, SPSS,...)
• Coursework and experience in numerical computing, mathematical software
• Knowledge and experience with Oracle is a plus
• Extreme attention to details, team player
• Experience in the field of health care, experience with large data sets are a plus
