The Answers Ranking test team is chartered with applying machine learning and realtime click data to the answers ranking problem space. This is a place that is never short of cutting edge technologies and has tons of opportunities. The team delivers all technologies that include placing the answers on page in relevant positions, centralized triggering for core answers and dynamically ranking answers based on realtime click data.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving the quality of features through solid testing methods
• Improving answers ranking and relevance: collaborating closely with dev team on new ranking features, analyzing DSAT and user data mining
• Designing, implementing, debugging, and maintaining automation
• Working closely with other disciplines to prioritize and execute testing activities and contributing to design/strategy discussions
• Improving efficiency of the team through automation/process improvements and adoption of new test methodologies.

• MS or BS degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 4+ years experience in software development/testing
• Strong coding and debugging skills in C++/C#
• Familiar with SQL and Perl
• Being able and willing to work in a dynamic and agile environment
• Proven experience of working with software life cycle models
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in .Net programming is a definite plus
