On the Bing Data Mining team, you will design business intelligence solutions that drive business decision making, ensure end-to-end data quality to support confident decisions, work on techniques to manage and process petabytes of data efficiently, contribute to the development of new models of user satisfaction and engagement, delve into data to understand user behaviors with search and contribute to relevance improvements -- all in partnership with smart and enthusiastic teammates.

We are looking for a Principal Program Manager who is up to the challenge of defining and building a data-driven culture. You must have 5-7 years experience shipping software products or services, and at least two complete product cycles as a Program Manager. You have led cross-discipline and cross-group projects and know how to successfully resolve obstacles and deliver results. You can collaborate effectively with a large number of partners and customers and translate requirements into a product vision and roadmap. You are highly regarded for your skill in feature specification, project management and problem solving, and you enjoy mentoring others in these areas. You must have demonstrated expertise in two or more of the following: data warehousing and OLAP, business intelligence, statistics, data analysis, data mining, or large scale distributed computing experience. Success in this role requires that you can think strategically about business issues; understand new technologies and their benefits to end-users; synthesize large amounts of information into crisp recommendations; present and defend recommendations to a variety of audiences.
