I am looking for something like the "Pro" version of Wolfram Alpha: Wolfram Alpha will automatically show a bunch of descriptive stats, basic graphs/visualizations, correlations and statistically significant variable interactions.
The problem is that even the "Pro" version is basically just a toy-- it has an extremely low data limit (1 MB) and even data far short of that limit is often rejected with vague errors and now opportunity to correct whatever the issue may be.
Given this, I am looking for an application that will take a given data set and, with little or no user intervention, automatically show a bunch of basic visualizations, display significant correlations, and run some basic tests of significance between different variable interactions.
Currently I often use SPSS and JMP for some of this, but their visualizations are relatively poor (Though I very much like JMP, it's just not convenient for large variable sets) and running dozens or hundred of Compare Means tests and then reading through the results for relevancy and digesting it all is rather laborious, and beyond what I frequently have time for in light of other more basic but more urgent responsibilities.
Thanks for any recommendations! |

| What you are looking for - automatically show basic visualizations, display significant correlations, and run some basic tests of significance between different variable interactions - you can get some of it in R - with a bunch of packages and built-in functions. Don't know of a single tool that does it |
